For different processing fields, steel grit has different hardness options, so what are the characteristics of each hardness of steel grit, and in which fields are they used?

GP steel grit: This type of steel grit abrasive has a sharp-edged shape when it is newly made. During use, the edges and corners of the steel grit will be gradually rounded, so steel grit with this hardness is especially suitable for steel surfaces. Pretreatment for descaling.
GL steel grit: The hardness of this kind of steel grit is higher than that of GP steel grit, but in the sandblasting operation, the edges and corners will gradually lose with the grinding consumption, this kind of steel grit is more suitable for the pretreatment of steel surface to remove scale operation.
GH steel grit: Compared with the previous two kinds of steel grit, the hardness of this kind of steel grit is higher. It can keep the edges and corners in the sandblasting operation, so it is especially effective for forming regular and hairy surface treatment. Generally, GH steel grit is often used in shot blasting machines.
It is also worth noting that during the processing process, construction requirements should be given priority over price factors, so as to achieve the best processing effect.
